Returns and Exchanges

**Eid Al-Adha Holidays:
Please note that any order placed from 14th June - 18th June will be delivered on 19th of June due to the occasion Eid Al-Adha.

Eid Al-Adha Offer:
Please note that orders over AED 500 will receive a mystery gift worth AED 500 from Irony Home. This Gift cannot be exchanged or returned.**

DELIVERY 

All orders are processed within 24 hours. All of the purchases are subject to the Irony Home Policies & Terms and conditions.

Once your order has been placed, we won’t be able to modify your order or change your address.

Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.

DELIVERY AND TIMINGS

DUBAI/SHARJAH:  Delivery within 1-2 working days after successfully placing and confirming orders. Cut-off time on orders will be 2:00pm.  

OTHER EMIRATES : Delivery within 4-5 working days after successfully placing and confirming orders. Cut-off time on orders will be 12:00 noon.

KUWAIT/ QATAR/ KSA : Delivery within 5-6 working days after successfully placing and confirming orders. Cut-off time on orders will be 12:00 noon. Order is subject to Customs & Duties, which are NOT included.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

Return/ Exchange can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, item/s must be in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging with all labels attached. 

REFUNDS

Please note that we only accept returns for store credits. Our store credits have 3 months expiration policy and it will be provided as soon as your return has been received. 

Refunds are only accepted for manufacturing defects and we must receive pictures of the defect as soon as it has been delivered.

Irony Home will not process a return for the reason of Change of Mind, or any similar reasons.

SALE ITEMS 

Only regular priced items are eligible for a store credit. 

Please note that we have a no-return policy on SALE ITEMS.

 

Where do I return my items?

  • We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 5 working days.
  • You will receive a store credit through email as soon as the returning goods has been received.
  • You can use your store credit to order any other item from the website.

Please inform us which item you wish to return by emailing us at info@ironyhome.com to start the return process.

Damaged Goods/Incorrectly fulfilled Orders

If an item in your Order is received damaged or is not what you ordered, please arrange the return of the item to us using the Return Process.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

All items will be delivered within 1 - 2 working days for Dubai/ Sharjah and 3 - 5 working days for other Emirates, upon purchase.

Free delivery for orders of AED250.00 and above.  

Delivery charge applies for orders below AED249.00.

Note: The below rates are for the shipment of up to 4 kg per shipment.

If on the delivery date our delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address, a reasonable re-delivery charge may be applied. We will pre-inform you of this charge.

Irony Home Customer Care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.

In the absence of negligence, we will not be liable for loss or damage to the goods or your property, including where caused by:
(i) us following your specific instructions;
(ii) limited or no access to your nominated premises; and/or
(iii) goods not fitting into your property.
