Return/Exchange can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Item/s should be in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging.
Return / Exchange Process
You need to inform which item you wish to return by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process.
Where do I return my items?
- We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days.
- You will receive a credit voucher through email.
- You can use your credit voucher to order any other item from the website.
**Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on sale items.
Damaged Goods/Incorrectly fulfilled Orders
If an item in your Order is received damaged or is not what you ordered,and then please arrange for return of the item to us using the Returns Process.The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 14 days of receipt for a return /exchange. Shipping and Deliveries
Orders may currently only be delivered to addresses within the UAE. All items can be delivered on the same day of purchase (except for Friday).
The following options are available for a same day delivery to your requested address in the UAE:
Dubai : Cut-off time will be 2:00pm; FREE delivery for a minimum order of AED 200
Other emirates : Cut-off time will be 12:00 noon; FREE delivery for a minimum order of AED 500
Placing orders after the cut-off time, delivery will be the following working day.
If your order is below the required minimum order amount; there will be an additional charge of AED 20.00 shipping fees.
Note: The below rates are for the shipment Up to 5 kg per shipment.

If on the delivery date our delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address, a reasonable re-delivery charge may be applied. We will per-inform you of this charge.
Irony Home customer care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.
In the absence of negligence, we will not be liable for loss or damage to the goods or your property, including where caused by:
(i) us following your specific instructions;
(ii) limited or no access to your nominated premises; and/or
(iii) goods not fitting into your property.
