Please note that every order has a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Customers are eligible for a full refund if the product received is damaged or defective.
• Returns for any other reason will be eligible for a credit voucher, valid for 90 days.

• Reason for return
• Order number
• Attached pictures of the items you’d like to return

Once received, our team will arrange a pickup and complete the return process.
