Shipping Information:

Delivery options for Dubai:

• Standard Delivery:
  • Cost: 15 AED
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays)
  • Free on orders above 400 AED

Delivery options for other Emirates:

• Standard Delivery:
  • Cost: 20 AED
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 working days (excluding Sundays)
  • Free on orders above 400 AED

International Shipping:

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. However, if you’d like to place an international order, please contact our team for shipping rates and availability. Shipping costs vary based on destination, order volume, customs duties, delivery charges, and other applicable fees. Our team will provide you with a customized quote to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Delivery Timings:

• 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM

Cut-Off Time:

• All orders placed before 12 pm are eligible for same-day processing (excluding Sundays) for Expedited Delivery in Dubai. Standard Delivery processing begins the next business day.
• Orders placed after 12 pm on Saturday will be processed on Monday mornings, including Expedited Delivery.

Warehouse:

• Our warehouse is closed on Sundays.
