Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Order number
- Reason for return (if applicable)
- Photos of the item(s) you wish to return (for manufacturing defects

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us soon via info@ironyhome.com or call our Customer Service at +971 50 140 9381, +971 54 995 9380, or +971 4 343 7886. Kindly send us the order number and reason for the cancellation. An order can be cancelled before the order is processed/fulfilled. We offer a complete refund for orders that are cancelled.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Holiday Replacement Cut-Off
Please note that no replacements will be accepted after December 20 due to seasonal inventory limitations.
Refunds
- We offer store credit for all returns. Store credit is valid for 3 months and will be issued upon receipt of your returned item.
- We only offer refunds for manufacturing defects. Please provide pictures of the defect as soon as possible after delivery.
- We will not process refunds for change of mind or similar reasons.
- We do not offer refunds for event tickets.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain collections, Final Sale Collections, discounted products, and other items are not eligible for returns. These items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or issued a credit note. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Clearance items or Gift card items.
